1. Definition & implementation of KoRo’s international QM strategy: Setting the vision and goals aligned with company objectives and expansion plans (DACH, FR, IT), and deriving the strategic roadmap.
2. Leadership & organizational development: Leading the QM team and developing a structure suitable for international growth.
3. Establishing performance management: Defining quality KPIs and managing performance.
4. Compliance & regulatory standards: Ensuring adherence to standards like IFS, managing certifications, and relations with authorities.
5. Audit & risk strategies: Planning and supervising audits and quality risk management.
6. Stakeholder communication: Managing internal and external relationships and reporting to management.

• At least 5 years of experience in quality management, ideally in the food industry.
• Degree in food science, nutrition science, or related field, with a focus on QM.
• Leadership experience and confidence in working with teams and partners.
• Excellent German and English skills; knowledge of French or Italian is a plus.
• Residing in or willing to relocate to Berlin.
• Deep knowledge of regulatory requirements in QM and food law.
• Extensive experience with audits and project management.
• Organized, quick to learn, assertive, and strong communicator.
