Client Service Analyst (f/m/x) - Swiss Market, Berlin

Job Description:

Within Cash Management, Implementation & Service (I&S), the team is responsible for opening and maintaining accounts for corporate clients. The main activities include implementing cash management solutions such as Cash Manager, Local and Cross Border Pooling, and providing daily service support. Electronic Banking Support is also a key element, ensuring high-quality service as the first point of contact for corporate clients, supporting their daily business needs. Responsibilities include monitoring payment flows, managing inquiries and issues, and collaborating with Implementation Managers, Sales, Coverage, and Operations to ensure timely delivery. The Client Service Officer plays a crucial role in maintaining high client satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships with Deutsche Bank.

Your key responsibilities:

  1. Manage a portfolio of clients, serving as a professional contact point for their daily service needs.
  2. Respond to account and transaction inquiries, providing solutions in coordination with internal departments and international teams.
  3. Collaborate closely with global and regional teams in Cash Management, Sales, Product Management, and Service departments.
  4. Lead international meetings on issues impacting client Cash Management operations, taking ownership until resolution.
  5. Monitor significant transactions, such as netting rounds.
  6. Identify cross-selling opportunities and liaise with Sales for follow-up.

Your skills and experience:

  1. Bachelor's degree, banking apprenticeship, or equivalent qualification.
  2. Good understanding of corporate cash management products and international payment methods.
  3. Client-focused with the ability to balance Deutsche Bank's interests and client needs.
  4. Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  5. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  6. Fluent in English and German, both written and verbal. Knowledge of French, Japanese, Korean, or Chinese is a plus.
