Responsibilities

• Lead the Bid- & Contract Management team in Europe and Latin America
• Manage commercial and contractual processes during the proposal phase
• Develop suitable business and contract models
• Coordinate internal interfaces and ensure compliance with internal standards
• Prepare offers and conduct contract negotiations
• Ensure risk management, documentation, and project handover

Qualifications

• University degree in Business Administration, Business Law, or similar, with several years of relevant experience
• Leadership experience in international project and contract management, ideally in a technical environment
• Solid knowledge of risk management, legal, and financial topics
• Experience in change management and structured transformation processes
• Strong communication and intercultural skills
• Fluent in German and English; additional languages such as Spanish, French, or Italian are a plus
