Your mission

If you are self-motivated and love working independently, then you are a great addition to our well-established and open-minded team. During a 12-month program, you will explore various topics along the sales value chain and online lead generation. We believe that mutual understanding works best through active participation, so you will be part of the team from the start and have the chance to take on responsibility. Your tasks

• Become a Sales Pro: responsible for the entire cycle from prospecting to managing proposals and closing deals.
• Learn to generate qualified outbound leads by promoting eGENTIC's services.
• Approach new clients using networking, cold calling, and opening conversations with key decision-makers across industries.
• Research essential company information for business initiation.
• Use Salesforce as a CRM system to maintain and create leads and opportunities.
• Achieve individual targets related to contact rate and follow-up of new business activities.
• Optimize Lead Funnels in online marketing for lead generation.
• Manage your own client portfolio with full responsibility for retention and expansion.
• Meet or exceed KPIs issued to you whenever possible.
• Stay informed about market trends.
• Participate in regular face-to-face team meetings and presentations.

Your profile

• Optional: Experience in sales, business development, online marketing, call center software, B2B software, or lead generation.
• Creativity, technical understanding, and analytical thinking.
• Ability to hit the ground running.
• Excellent communication skills, proactive approach, and good time management and organization.
• Willingness to travel frequently.
• Fluent in French and English.
