Your mission

As Sales & Business Developer at hexafarms, your mission is simple but ambitious: grow our ARR by bringing in new customers. You’ll be a core driver of our next growth stage, working directly with the CEO and leadership team to build, refine, and scale our sales motion.

  • Own the sales cycle – from prospecting to closing
  • Identify and nurture high-potential leads to build a strong pipeline
  • Work directly with leadership to create a repeatable, scalable sales process
  • Help shape the future of ag-tech by getting our solutions into the hands of growers worldwide
Your profile
  • 2+ years proven experience in B2B sales
  • Fluency in Dutch or German
  • You’re hands-on. We’re a small, lean team trying to accomplish outstanding things
  • Self-starter with high agency and adaptability to ambiguity
  • We are looking to hire 'rising stars', who can grow with the company into more senior roles
Nice to have
  • Experience in fast-paced startup environment
  • Proficiency in French, Spanish or Italian
