Position: Sales Executive

This role involves working with sales, product specialists, and account managers to deliver innovative software solutions. The Sales Executive will report to the Business Development Director, based in Vienna, Austria.

About you

  • Bachelor’s degree with demonstrable work experience.
  • Native German speaker.
  • Comfortable engaging with technical audiences including CTOs, VPs, Directors, and Engineering Managers.
  • Strong understanding of technical terminology, platforms, tools, and industry landscape.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify new opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Personable, relationship-focused, and capable of cultivating in-depth client relationships.
  • Hunter mentality with a sales-driven approach.

Responsibilities

  1. Identify and close new business opportunities.
  2. Conduct discovery calls to qualify prospects.
  3. Manage full sales lifecycle, including lead generation, cold outreach, and deal closing.
  4. Build and maintain rapport with clients using interpersonal skills.
  5. Collaborate with marketing to execute business development strategies and generate leads.
  6. Create tailored proposals, negotiate, and close deals.
  7. Onboard new clients and manage ongoing relationships.
