Our client, Encore Auctions, is looking for a Digital Marketing and Engagement Specialist to join their team. They are building their in-house marketing power and looking for a hands-on, creative, data-driven marketer to own their digital presence and make their brand pop.

• A marketing mind with the skills to match and have a degree, diploma, or equivalent experience in Marketing, Communications, or Business.
• Experienced with 5+ years of crafting and executing digital strategies that get results.
• A social media whizz who knows the platforms, the trends, and how to spark real engagement.
• Hands-on with Google Ads, PPC campaigns, and e-commerce optimization techniques.
• Skilled at managing online reviews and turning feedback into growth opportunities.
• Comfortable diving into analytics dashboards to track, measure, and refine campaigns for maximum impact.
• Proficient with key marketing tools like Hootsuite, Mailchimp, Google Analytics, and more.
• A pro at email marketing that’s targeted, personalized, and drives meaningful action.
