Role Description:

We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Digital Marketing Manager to lead comprehensive marketing initiatives across multiple dealership locations. This role is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that align with each dealership’s objectives while ensuring consistency in branding, customer engagement, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute digital and traditional marketing strategies aligned with dealership goals.
  • Manage websites, SEO, email marketing, Google & Meta campaigns, and social media profiles.
  • Oversee content creation (graphics, video, blog, social posts) in collaboration with the Social Media Coordinator.
  • Analyze performance data to optimize campaigns and increase ROI.
  • Coordinate advertising across platforms: TV, radio, print, billboards, online, and social media.
  • Plan and promote dealership events and campaigns to drive lead generation and visibility.
  • Track leads and work with sales teams to improve conversions.
  • Manage marketing budgets and vendor relationships, including co-op ad funding applications.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels and locations.
  • Stay up to date with marketing trends and recommend tools and technologies that keep us ahead.

Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of hands-on digital marketing experience (preferably in automotive, retail, or multi-location brands).
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, SEO tools, and email marketing platforms.
  • Strong analytical mindset – you're comfortable using data to make smart decisions.
  • Great communicator and team player with strong organizational skills.
  • Background in content creation and campaign management is a strong asset.
  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
