We’re Hiring: Social Media & Content Manager

Full-Time

The Global Diamond Broker & RareRock are seeking a strategic, hands-on social media expert to elevate our presence across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.

You’ll be responsible for creating and managing a consistent content engine—writing captions, editing content, building campaigns, and most importantly: planning and executing a social media calendar that drives results.

If you're creative, organized, and know how to turn luxury content into leads—we want you.

Must Have:

• Proven experience in social media marketing (especially luxury or jewelry)

• Strong video editing & graphic design skills (Reels, Stories)

• Familiarity with paid ads (Meta, TikTok)

• Strong copywriting, hashtag, and storytelling abilities

• Experience using and growing a brand on LinkedIn

• Bonus: Canva, CapCut, Adobe, Meta Business Suite

What You’ll Be Doing:

Calendar & Scheduling: You’ll create, manage, and stick to a content calendar to ensure consistent posting across all platforms. You’re the engine that keeps things running on schedule.

Content Creation: Create and edit high-quality daily content, including product showcases, behind-the-scenes, and trend-driven videos.

Channel Management: Own and grow our presence on Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube—posting daily with a clear strategy.

Trends & Strategy: Monitor platform trends and create content that resonates with our luxury audience.

Performance Optimization: Track analytics, review insights, and refine our approach to maximize reach, engagement, and lead generation.
