This position focuses on managing and overseeing all media billing and payable activities tied to Dentsu’s principal buying program. We are seeking a candidate to join our team in either the Montreal or Toronto office.

Cette position a pour objectif de traiter et de suivre les activités liées au processus de traitement des factures médias (MBP ou Media Bill Pay) liées au programme d'achat principal de Dentsu. Nous recherchons un(e) candidat(e) pour rejoindre notre équipe dans nos bureaux de Montréal ou de Toronto.

• Handling supplier invoices efficiently
• Overseeing supplier payment processes
• Provide support for customer billing processing
• Monitoring the closure of campaigns
• Maintaining the highest levels of internal customer service through cross-functional collaboration

Responsabilités complémentaires en français :

• Traiter efficacement les factures des fournisseurs
• Suivi des paiements des fournisseurs

• Extensive background in managing accounts payable processes and accounts receivable processes
• Intermediate skill level in Excel, with the ability to handle essential functions and features effectively
• Proficiency in English is essential for this role. French is also required if based in Quebec. You will collaborate on daily basis with teams based in various provinces across Canada.
• Effective communication skills (oral and written) to collaborate with senior stakeholders in the organization
• Strong organizational skills to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines
• Knowledge of MediaOcean and D365 is a strong asset

• The salary range for this position is CAD 50K to 60K. The actual salary within the salary range will be based on a variety of factors, including experience, knowledge, and relevant skills. All permanent employees benefit from a range of medical, dental, RRSP, paid leave, and / or other benefits.
