Job Title: Administrative Coordinator & Office Manager
Location: Evolve Dance Centre – Kitchener, ON
Hours: Part-Time (20–30 hours/week)
Start Date: As soon as possible

Evolve Dance Centre is a vibrant, community-driven studio offering both recreational and competitive dance programs. We’re currently seeking a highly organized and professional Administrative Coordinator & Office Manager to support our day-to-day operations and help maintain a smooth, welcoming experience for our families and staff.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates clearly, and takes initiative. The successful candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our studio, manage registrations and communications, oversee scheduling, and support the leadership team with administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage front-desk operations and serve as primary point of contact for families
Oversee registration, student records, and billing using studio management software
Draft and send email communication, maintain schedules, and update studio documents
Support studio events, performances, and competitions
Maintain a clean and organized office and reception area
Assist with social media or marketing tasks, if needed
Required Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience in administration, office management, or customer service
Exceptional organization and multitasking skills
Strong written and verbal communication
Tech-savvy (Google Drive, email tools; Jackrabbit experience is an asset)
Professionalism and discretion with sensitive information
Availability during afternoon/evening hours and occasional weekends
