Job summary
A major home improvement retailer is looking for a Department Supervisor in Windsor, CA. You'll lead and develop associates while ensuring excellent customer service. Responsibilities include aiding operational and merchandising decisions and demonstrating strong product knowledge across departments. This full-time position offers a base pay starting at $24.00/hr.

- Lead, train, coach and develop associates in each department to ensure customers receive excellent service and can easily find the merchandise they need.
- Provide input into operational and merchandising decisions to the Store Management Team and Operations Team.
- Demonstrate strong product and operational knowledge across store departments (e.g., Building Materials, Decor, Electrical, Flooring, Gardening, Hardware, Kitchen & Bath, Lumber, Millwork, Paint, Plumbing, Pro Account Sales, Tool Rental, Front End, Freight, Receiving, Associate Support, Special Services, Merchandising Execution, or a combination depending on store structure).
