Job Description

What you’re responsible for:

  • Enter purchase contracts into the system accurately and efficiently;
  • Verify all entered orders for consistency andaccuracy;
  • Identify and correct data entry errors promptly;
  • Coordinate daily administrative and clerical tasks for the department;
  • Process and price shipping tickets for Montreal and Laval;
  • Update market prices for incoming orders;
  • Print purchase reports by trader;
  • Maintain well-organized, up-to-date records of all processed orders;
  • Perform other related administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications

To join our team:

  • You have an A.E.C. or D.E.C. in office automation, administration, or another relevant field;
  • You have at least2 years of relevant experience inadministrative supportor data entry ;
  • You are bilingual in French and English (a must);
  • You are autonomous, proactive and have a good learning capacity;
  • You have an excellent command of the Microsoft Office (intermediate Excel level);
  • You are highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
