Position based in Quebec City, Trois‑Rivières, or Montreal (Saint‑Laurent district) — Permanent, Full‑time.

Do you have solid technical expertise and want to play a key role in the design and implementation of innovative industrial solutions? This position is a great opportunity to put your expertise to work on large‑scale automation and industrial infrastructure projects.

As a Technical Leader OT, you will be responsible for designing, documenting, and recommending industrial network architectures and IT infrastructures tailored to customer needs. You will collaborate closely with engineering and production teams and customers to ensure the performance, security, and reliability of the solutions deployed.

• Design and develop industrial Ethernet network architectures and virtualized IT infrastructures.
• Develop cybersecurity requirements according to critical infrastructure standards.
• Define and implement technical solutions for client projects.
• Write functional analyses and technical documents.
• Prepare bids, proposals, and cost estimates.
• Attend client meetings to understand needs and propose solutions.
• Configure, test, and validate equipment and architectures before commissioning.
• Carry out commissioning and quality assurance at the customer’s site.
• Monitor technology developments to keep expertise up to date and recommend best practices.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, electrical engineering, automated production, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 10 years in a similar role.
• Languages: Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written.

• Extensive knowledge of Ethernet networks (Layer 2 and Layer 3), firewalls, and Cisco equipment.
• Experience with virtualization environments (e.g., VMware) and virtualization servers.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Windows Server and industrial automation systems (PLC, DCS).
• Proficiency with the Office suite.
• Valid driver’s license.

• Rigor, attention to detail, and adherence to deadlines.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a constantly changing environment.
