Tipalti is looking to expand our roster of IT Engineers to provide support to our employees in Toronto and across North America. We will be scaling rapidly over the next several years, and this is an incredible opportunity to further grow your career. This role is hybrid (in-office and remote) and involves close collaboration with the Global IT Team. Founded in Israel in 2010, Tipalti is a global business headquartered in the San Francisco Bay Area (Foster City) with offices in Tel Aviv, Plano, Toronto, Vancouver, London, Amsterdam, Tbilisi and Medellin.

• Manage and improve IT infrastructure within the Toronto office.
• Provision laptops for new hires, join them to the domain, and install required software.
• Maintain an accurate inventory of laptops and IT equipment.
• Provide technical support to Windows and macOS users in both remote and onsite environments.
• Set up, configure, and maintain Logitech Zoom Room equipment, including cameras, controllers, microphones, and displays.
• Troubleshoot and support Zoom Rooms to ensure reliable meeting experiences.
• Configure, monitor, and maintain FortiGate firewalls and network security components.
• Maintain and support LAN and wireless networks.
• Manage local vendor relationships (e.g., ISP and hardware vendors).
• Be available and responsive to team members to ensure business continuity.

• 2–3 years of experience in a help desk or system administrator role.
• Hands-on experience with Windows and Windows Server operating systems.
• Experience with Active Directory and Group Policy.
• Solid understanding of LAN and wireless networking.
• Hands-on experience configuring and maintaining FortiGate firewalls.
• Proven experience setting up, supporting, and maintaining Logitech Zoom Room environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills for both remote and in-person support.

• Experience with network cabling and switch management in an office environment.
• Experience with administrator-level functions in Google Workspace.
• MCSE or other relevant networking certifications.
• Experience supporting hybrid, fast-growing, or multi-office environments.
• Experience collaborating with global IT teams.

$70,000-$87,000 CAD annually.
