About the Role:
We’re looking for a smart, detail-obsessed Administrative Assistant to join us on a contract basis. You’ll play a key role in supporting our operations team by organizing critical data, keeping systems clean and up to date, and making sure nothing slips through the cracks.

What You’ll Do:

  • Enter, clean, and manage data across spreadsheets and internal systems
  • Support provider and client records with precision and accuracy
  • Double-check information and flag discrepancies
  • Assist the operations team with administrative projects as needed

What We’re Looking For:

  • High attention to detail — you catch the little stuff others miss
  • Strong computer skills, especially Excel/Google Sheets
  • A love for structure, organization, and getting things done
