Job summary
A leading recruitment agency is seeking a Data Entry Associate for a 1-month contract in Ottawa, Ontario. Responsibilities include organizing and preparing documents, data entry, and sorting mail. Candidates must have an active Reliability Status security clearance or be eligible for one, along with a typing speed of 6000 keystrokes or more. Attention to detail and the ability to lift boxes (up to 12kg) are important. This position offers an hourly rate of $17.60 and is onsite in Nepean.
Qualifications
- Must hold an active Reliability Status security clearance or be eligible for one.
- Able to lift and move boxes weighing up to 12kg.
- Experience working on a computer.
Responsibilities
- Open and sort documents into different categories.
- Prepare documents and shipments.
- Perform data entry.
- Scan and sort documents.
- Sort, open and lay flat mail.
