1. Greet and check in patients in a courteous and professional manner
2. Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage calendars for medical staff
3. Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy of personal and insurance information
4. Process billing and collect payments for medical services
5. Coordinate with healthcare professionals and support staff to ensure seamless operations
6. Manage the waiting area and keep it clean, organized, and welcoming
7. Respond to patient inquiries and provide information on clinic procedures and policies
8. Ensure compliance with medical privacy regulations

1. High school diploma or equivalent; additional medical administration training is a plus
2. Previous experience in a medical or healthcare setting is preferred
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
4. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
5. Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems and office software
6. Friendly and compassionate demeanor with a patient-first mindset
7. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
