We are currently seeking a refined and service-driven Club Lounge Receptionistto join our Front Office team and provide exceptional service within our exclusive Club InterContinental Lounge.

The Club Lounge Receptionist is responsible for delivering a seamless, personalized, and discreet service experience to Club guests, ensuring comfort, exclusivity, and attention to detail from arrival to departure.

A little taste of your day-to-day:

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly do:

  • Welcome Club InterContinental guests with warmth and professionalism
  • Manage check-in and check-out processes for Club guests where applicable
  • Ensure all guest preferences, special requests, and VIP amenities are arranged and followed up
  • Act as the main point of contact for Club Lounge guests, handling inquiries and resolving concerns promptly
  • Coordinate closely with Front Office, Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, and Concierge teams
  • Maintain accurate guest profiles and records in the system
  • Promote Club Lounge offerings, hotel facilities, and services
  • Ensure the Club Lounge is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and luxury
  • Adhere to InterContinental brand standards, grooming, and service excellence at all times

What we need from you:

  • Previous experience in Front Office, Guest Relations, or Club Lounge within a luxury hotel environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and a guest-centric mindset
  • Professional appearance with a polished and courteous demeanor
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays
  • Fluency in English is required; additional languages are an advantage
  • Knowledge of Opera or similar PMS is preferred
