Job summary
A luxury fashion brand in Dubai is looking for a Stylist to be an ambassador for their Maison. The successful candidate will be responsible for welcoming clients and providing exceptional customer service while fulfilling CRM targets. The Stylist will also support store operations and maintain an impeccable retail environment. This role requires a passion for client relationships and teamwork.

- Act as a Client Relationship Owner, delivering exceptional service.
- Utilize CRM tools and reach-out campaigns to engage clients.
- Ensure impeccable store environment and support team operations.
A Chloé Stylist is an ambassador of the Maison, in charge of welcoming every guest into the Chloé family. He/She is a trustworthy advisor to clients and a reliable team player that thrives to provide the best experience.
- A Client Relationship Owner
- Delivers exceptional Customer Service and takes pride in developing long-term relationships
- Is aware of CRM targets and actively engages in all actions to reach them
- Implements personalised reach-out campaigns and utilizes all clienteling tools available to complete CRM tasks within given timeframe
- Consistently captures client data and takes notes of ALL qualitative information
- Knows his/her portfolio of customers, and in particular the VVICs and VICs he/she handles
- An Omnichannel Business Partner
- Uses all omnichannel services available to grow sales
- Is aware of store and individual sales and KPI targets and actively engages in all actions to reach them
- Actively completes trainings and participates in ALL commercial activities set by the SM/ASM/HO
- Consistently works to achieve given sales, KPIs and CRM targets
- Is aware of local trading environment and competitors’ activities
- An Operations Excellence Supporter
- Ensures impeccable store environment, BOH and grooming at any time of the day and supports colleagues and managers
- Proactively informs SM/ASM of any structural repair needed in store to ensure a luxurious environment at all times
- Implements all guidelines related to store management and participates in inventories
- Supports after sales clients and follows up to ensure impeccable sales and after sales service
- Complies with established Richemont policies and standards
