Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
2. Proven experience (5+ years) in business development, sales, or a related role within the IT/ICT services industry.
3. Demonstrated success in securing business from government departments, military, and police sectors.
4. Strong understanding of government procurement processes, regulations, and policies.
5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
6. Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
7. Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
8. Self-motivated and results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
9. Knowledge of current IT/ICT trends and technologies.
10. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
