A leading recruitment agency in Dubai is seeking a B2B Account Executive for multiple international ventures. In this role, you will manage the full sales cycle, engage key decision-makers, and collaborate with internal teams to provide tailored solutions. The ideal candidate is bilingual, has a bachelor's degree, and at least 2 years of experience in B2B sales within the UAE's tech or finance sectors.

Qualifications

  • Bilingual speakers are highly prioritized; must be 37 years old and below.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in B2B sales or business development.
  • Experience in Technology, FinTech, Finance or Real Estate within the UAE.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and close B2B opportunities while managing the full sales cycle.
  • Conduct outreach via email, LinkedIn, and calls to engage key decision-makers.

  • Maintain CRM records, track performance, and attend meetings with potential clients.

Skills

Qualifications:

  • Bilingual speakers are highly prioritized; 37 years old and below
  • Bachelor’s degree in International Studies, Global Business, or related fields preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in B2B sales or business development experience in professional business services preferably in Technology, FinTech, Finance or Real Estate within the UAE
