Qualifications

• Minimum of 20 years of experience in relevant fields.
• Must have a professional membership in construction-related organizations.
• Essential experience with Cost Consultants or Project Management Consultants.

Responsibilities

• Ensure contract requirements are implemented and managed.
• Review and advise on contractual notices and claims.
• Draft Requests for Proposals and manage procurement processes.
• Review cost plans and contribute to value engineering.
• Prepare monthly Cost Reports and manage claim logs.

Skills

B.Sc. Degree in Quantity Surveying or Engineering

Professional Membership (RICS, CIOB, CIArb)

Knowledge of contract law

Pre- and post-contract experience

Experience in preparing and managing claims

Excellent excel skills and familiarity with arithmetics

Leadership and team management
