Job Description

• Develop and implement strategic business plans to identify growth opportunities in property management services and expand the client base.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform pricing strategies and service offerings tailored to target segments.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, ensuring a personalized approach to meet their property management needs.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling promotional materials that highlight the unique value propositions of services offered.
• Lead negotiations with clients and stakeholders to secure contracts that align with company goals and profitability metrics.
• Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and position the company as a thought leader in property management.
• Coordinate with operational teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction post-acquisition.
• Prepare and present detailed reports and presentations to senior management on business development performance and forecasts.
• Utilize CRM software to track leads, manage sales pipelines, and report on business development activities.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field, with a focus on property management preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in business development within the real estate or property management industry.
• Certified Property Manager (CPM) or similar certification is a strong asset, demonstrating commitment to professional excellence.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and developing successful business strategies.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and translate it into actionable business insights.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with a knack for building rapport and trust with clients.
• Fluency in Arabic is required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus to cater to diverse clients.
• Proficient in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Dynamic personality with a proactive approach, demonstrating resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
