Job Description

A leadership role responsible for driving the Top Line Budget and Forecast across regions by implementing and executing a commercial strategy and business plan using company processes and tools.

The Regional Director of Sales will:
  1. Lead, coach, develop, recruit, and retain commercial team talent, managing performance against KPIs.
  2. Achieve budgeted revenues across all streams, including Rooms, while controlling costs and marketing opportunities.
  3. Collaborate with AGM, Finance, and Senior Operations Manager to maximize profits in line with GOP and EBITDA targets.
  4. Ensure Business Review Guidelines and Pricing Strategies are in place to optimize sales and market share.
  5. Support marketing and public relations activities, liaising with company teams for hotel performance.
  6. Assist Revenue Manager in establishing market strategies, forecasting, and pricing approvals.
  7. Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders to maximize benefits.
  8. Coordinate with VP of Revenue and Global Sales to present strategies to stakeholders.

  1. Minimum 5+ years in hospitality/travel industry in revenue-generating or commercial roles, with at least 3 years managing sales or teams.
  2. Knowledge in Marketing, E-commerce, and Finance.

  4. Experience in branded environments.
  5. Outgoing personality with drive and determination.
  6. Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is advantageous.
