Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Merchandising Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for a fresh graduate or someone looking to start a career in sales and branding. As a Merchandising Executive, you will play a vital role in ensuring our merchants prominently display our branding, helping our customers easily identify where they can use the ENTERTAINER. The role involves significant travel across the UAE, so having your own car and a valid UAE driving license is essential. This is a full-time position with the potential to transition into a sales role in the future.

Responsibilities

1. Visit merchant partners across Dubai to ensure our branding is visibly displayed on their premises.
2. Gather and relay feedback from merchant partners to the sales team, including what's working well and areas where support is needed.
3. Monitor and report on branding compliance and identify opportunities for improvement.
4. Plan and manage daily schedules for merchant visits independently.
5. Act as an ambassador for the ENTERTAINER, ensuring our brand is represented positively and professionally.

Qualifications

1. A valid UAE driving license and access to a car.
2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
4. Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
5. Prior experience in customer-facing roles is a plus but not required.
