We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as an Account Manager specializing in Business Development and Sales of Virtual Assets with strong Relationship Management. As a pivotal member of our organization, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth, fostering client relationships, and contributing to the ongoing success of our platform in the rapidly evolving crypto landscape.

  1. Drive revenue growth by identifying and acquiring new business opportunities.
  2. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing ongoing support and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless onboarding and integration of new clients.
  4. Stay up to date with market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to provide informed insights to clients.
  5. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive client experience.
  6. Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and maximize client retention.
  7. Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials and campaigns aimed at attracting and retaining clients.
  8. Conduct regular performance reviews and share insights with internal teams to enhance product offerings and service delivery.
  9. Stay informed about the latest developments in the cryptocurrency industry and educate clients on relevant topics.
  10. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance the organization’s visibility.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  2. At least 8 years of experience in Business Development or Institutional sales of financial products, including virtual assets.
  3. Strong and comprehensive book of clients (HNWIs, VIPs, and Corporates) within the UAE (and GCC on a wider scale) interested in trading and OTC trades (high volume trades).
  4. Existing and cordial relationships with corporates for B2B2C business (telecommunications, superapps, fintechs, banks, travel, hospitality, real estate, and luxury brands).
  5. Deep practical digital asset experience in the UAE, including a thorough understanding of the ecosystem, regulatory landscape, and growth opportunities.
  6. Strong understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, and trading platforms.
  7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective engagement with clients and internal teams.
  8. Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  9. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
  10. Familiarity with regulatory frameworks relevant to cryptocurrency exchanges.
