About the Role:

Bamboo Card is seeking a driven and curious Business Development Intern to support our lead generation and sales efforts in the growing e-gift card space. If you are passionate about business, digital products, and enjoy researching and connecting with people, we would love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:
  1. Identify new leads using Google, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Apollo.
  2. Target B2B, B2C, and rewards platforms for business opportunities.
  3. Research industry trends and competitors to identify potential clients.
  4. Analyze potential leads for compatibility with Bamboo Card's criteria.
  5. Maintain accurate lead records in the CRM and assign them to BDMs.
  6. Conduct outreach via email, calls, and social media.
  7. Personalize communication to increase engagement.
  8. Coordinate with the Sales Team for smooth lead handovers.
  9. Track lead generation metrics and suggest process improvements.
  10. Achieve monthly targets and contribute to overall growth.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Strong interest in sales, marketing, and the e-gift card industry.
  • Excellent communication and research skills.
  • Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn, Apollo, or CRMs is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and eager to learn.
  • Hands-on experience in business development.
  • Exposure to the digital rewards and gifting industry.
