Sales Manager - Malayalees and Nepali preferred
Our company, located in Sharjah, is seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a Malayalee or Nepali speaker with a strong command of English and the ability to work in a fast-paced, contract-based environment. This is a commission-based role with a starting salary of $1700.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet company targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with clients
- Manage and motivate sales team
- Analyze sales data and report on performance
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Fluent in Malayalam or Nepali, with excellent English communication skills
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the same industry
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Results-driven mentality with a focus on achieving targets
- Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office suite
