Répertoire Culinaire Dubai is seeking a Sales Manager to lead their team and develop strong customer relationships in the premium foodservice industry. - Fluent in French to cater to French-speaking clientele.

- Lead the Sales Team to achieve sales target
- Identify, develop, and maintain strong relationships with high-end customers in the premium foodservice sector, including 5-star hotels, fine-dining restaurants, and gourmet establishments .
- Drive new business opportunities while maintaining and expanding existing accounts.
- Promote the company’s portfolio of premium food products with expertise and enthusiasm.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to ensure a competitive edge.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service and satisfaction.
- Actively participate in identifying product ranges to further expand existing portfolio and create a custom offer.
Profile required
- Currently active in the UAE market , with an established network in the premium foodservice industry.
- Proven experience in management of a Sales Team, business development and sales within the high-end foodservice sector .
- Strong understanding of luxury food products and the needs of premium hospitality clients.
- Passionate about food and knowledgeable about culinary trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Fluent in French (preferred) to cater to French-speaking clientele and suppliers.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
