Founded in 2000 in London, Répertoire Culinaire is a French distribution company. Répertoire Culinaire (“RCL”) specializes in importing and distributing high-quality food products worldwide. Our customer base includes restaurants, hotels, retail chains, delicatessen stores, food halls and premium caterers. Our dedication to providing personalized service while ensuring the freshness and permanent availability of our products is unwavering, service sets us apart in the industry.

  • Lead the Sales Team to achieve sales target
  • Identify, develop, and maintain strong relationships with high-end customers in the premium foodservice sector, including 5-star hotels, fine-dining restaurants, and gourmet establishments .
  • Drive new business opportunities while maintaining and expanding existing accounts.
  • Promote the company’s portfolio of premium food products with expertise and enthusiasm.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to ensure a competitive edge.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service and satisfaction.
  • Actively participate in identifying product ranges to further expand existing portfolio and create a custom offer.

Profile required

  • Currently active in the UAE market , with an established network in the premium foodservice industry.
  • Proven experience in management of a Sales Team, business development and sales within the high-end foodservice sector .
  • Strong understanding of luxury food products and the needs of premium hospitality clients.
  • Passionate about food and knowledgeable about culinary trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Fluent in French (preferred) to cater to French-speaking clientele and suppliers.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
