Business Development Manager – UAE (Dubai/Abu Dhabi). Reports to Partner – Head of Business Development. TGP International is a global agency specialising in F&B concept creation, design, hospitality consultancy, franchising, and global events. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue new opportunities in hospitality consultancy, franchising, and event partnerships.
- Build and maintain relationships with developers, investors, hotel operators and brand partners.
- Conduct competitor analysis and awareness of industry trends and gaps in the F&B and lifestyle sector.
- Lead the preparation and delivery of proposals, pitches and presentations to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and commercial agreements to secure new projects.
- Collaborate with internal teams (concept design, design, advisory, marketing, operations etc.) to ensure seamless delivery of client solutions.
- Represent TGP International at industry events, exhibitions and networking forums.
- Track business development activities through CRM tools and prepare regular pipeline reports (HubSpot).
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management or related field.
- 5+ years’ experience in business development, sales or commercial management (hospitality/F&B/design sectors preferred).
- Proven track record of securing high-value projects and partnerships.
- Strong network within the UAE and GCC hospitality and real‑estate industries.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce or similar).
