Account Manager – Social Media (Dubai office)
- Full account management process, working closely with managers to achieve account targets.
- Generate ideas to improve the account management function of the division.
- Deliver excellent service; maintain commercial and revenue targets.
- Coordinate with teams to ensure deliverables are on time and meet client requests.
- Develop client surveys and provide strategy input for the division.
- Upsell and meet with clients regularly to maximise repeat business.
- Attend client meetings individually and with colleagues to showcase thought leadership.
- Process new client information and collateral.
- Assist the Accounts Director daily to ensure department success.
- BA degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or relevant field.
- 5-7 years of agency experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Well‑organised, multi‑tasking ability, proactive and intuitive.
