Responsibilities
  • Full account management process, working closely with managers to achieve account targets.
  • Generate ideas to improve the account management function of the division.
  • Deliver excellent service; maintain commercial and revenue targets.
  • Coordinate with teams to ensure deliverables are on time and meet client requests.
  • Develop client surveys and provide strategy input for the division.
  • Upsell and meet with clients regularly to maximise repeat business.
  • Attend client meetings individually and with colleagues to showcase thought leadership.
  • Process new client information and collateral.
  • Assist the Accounts Director daily to ensure department success.
Qualifications
