We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Manager to join our dynamic team in Dubai United Arab Emirates. As a Commercial Manager you will play a crucial role in driving our organizations financial success and commercial operations.   • Knowledge of marine engineering and construction management.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
  • Lead and mentor a team of commercial professionals fostering a collaborative work environment
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align commercial objectives with overall business goals
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws regulations and company policies

Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Finance Business Administration Accounting or a related field; Masters degree preferred

  • Professional certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP) or relevant commercial certifications are highly desirable
  • Proven good experience in port marine structures breakwaters anddredging.
  • Strong knowledge of financial systems commercial regulations and contract law

  • Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of successful deal closures
  • Proficiency in financial analysis tools and advanced Excel skills
  • Strong understanding of business strategy and market trends
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor team members
  • Experience working in an international business environment is a plus
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages relevant to the region is advantageous
