A leading skincare company in Dubai is seeking a Director to lead sales operations in the Middle East. This role requires defining and executing commercial strategies to achieve volume and market share while managing internal teams and ensuring compliance with company guidelines. The ideal candidate will have 15 years of FMCG sales experience, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record in the Health & Beauty sector. Fluency in English and a higher education degree are essential.

Define and execute commercial strategy- in line with regional priorities & global strategic intent - to (over)deliver topline (Volume turnover and market share) in a sustainable way (margin) in the short and long run.
Establish Beiersdorfas a credible trade partner through fact based sustainable customer partnerships.
Lead the Middle East (excl Saudi Arabia) Sales S&CM Operations and be part of the Beiersdorf Middle East Leadership Team.
