Overview

The Senior Manager - Branding and Marketing will oversee the development and implementation of branding strategies that reinforce real estate brand identity, ensuring alignment with branding and communication directives. Lead the execution of 360-degree campaigns for destination and new project launches.

  • Develop and execute integrated branding and marketing strategies that align with business objectives and amplify brand identity, leveraging market insights and industry trends.
  • Define and articulate the brand vision, proposition, and messaging to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring relevance and competitiveness in target markets.
  • Lead annual planning and budgeting for branding and marketing activities across all channels.
  • Own the full campaign lifecycle, from ideation and strategy, through production, execution, and post-launch analysis.
  • Establish campaign goals, KPIs, target audiences, messaging, timelines, and channel mix; ensure alignment with overall brand and marketing objectives.
  • Manage multi-channel campaign launches across digital (social, web, email), offline (events, OOH), and PR, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-standard delivery.
  • Analyze campaign performance, extract insights, and drive continuous improvement through data-driven recommendations and agile reallocation of resources.
  • Maintain and evolve comprehensive brand guidelines to ensure consistent brand representation across all touchpoints.
  • Oversee major branding and marketing events, including product launches, conferences, sponsorships, and community engagement activities.
