The Senior Manager - Branding and Marketing will oversee the development and implementation of branding strategies that reinforce real estate brand identity, ensuring alignment with branding and communication directives. Lead the execution of 360-degree campaigns for destination and new project launches.

- Develop and execute integrated branding and marketing strategies that align with business objectives and amplify brand identity, leveraging market insights and industry trends.
- Define and articulate the brand vision, proposition, and messaging to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring relevance and competitiveness in target markets.
- Lead annual planning and budgeting for branding and marketing activities across all channels.
- Own the full campaign lifecycle, from ideation and strategy, through production, execution, and post-launch analysis.
- Establish campaign goals, KPIs, target audiences, messaging, timelines, and channel mix; ensure alignment with overall brand and marketing objectives.
- Manage multi-channel campaign launches across digital (social, web, email), offline (events, OOH), and PR, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-standard delivery.
- Analyze campaign performance, extract insights, and drive continuous improvement through data-driven recommendations and agile reallocation of resources.
- Maintain and evolve comprehensive brand guidelines to ensure consistent brand representation across all touchpoints.
- Oversee major branding and marketing events, including product launches, conferences, sponsorships, and community engagement activities.
Job Offer
- Competitive salary range between AED 40,000 and AED 55,000.

Qualifications
- A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Prior marketing / branding experience in Real Estate in UAE.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and strategic thinking abilities.
- Proficiency in branding tools and software, including Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple branding initiatives simultaneously.
- Creative and innovative mindset to develop unique branding strategies and solutions.
- Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and adjust branding strategies.
