Job Description
  • Strategic Leadership: develop and execute an annual marketing and communications plan for all five restaurants and bars, aligned with hotel and brand objectives.
  • Brand Building & Positioning: elevate the profile of each outlet through compelling storytelling, creative campaigns, and consistent on‑brand messaging across all digital, print, and social media channels.
  • PR & Media Relations: manage relationships with media, influencers, and PR agencies. Oversee press releases, FAM trips, interviews, and restaurant‑related publicity campaigns.
  • Campaign Management: launch and manage promotions, seasonal campaigns, and event marketing to drive footfall, revenue, and customer engagement.
  • Content & Digital: oversee the creation of content (photography, video, basic editing, copy) for social media, email marketing, and website updates in collaboration with the hotel marketing team.
  • Performance & Reporting: monitor, analyze, and report on campaign results, media coverage, and ROI. Use data to inform future initiatives and optimize strategies.
  • Collaboration: support the Director of Marketing & Communications with marketing campaigns, work closely with chefs, outlet managers, the digital team, PR partners, creative team, and internal stakeholders to ensure cohesive and timely execution of marketing plans.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4–6 years of experience in F&B marketing, preferably within luxury hospitality or high‑end dining.
  • Proven experience managing marketing campaigns for multiple restaurant outlets and/or concepts.
  • Strong understanding of the Dubai dining landscape, media scene, and F&B consumer trends, with minimum 2 years of local market experience preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Arabic and/or French is a plus.
  • Creative thinker with strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms, digital marketing tools, performance reporting, and media analytics including UTMs and campaign analytics.
  • Naturally detail‑oriented and up to date with the latest marketing trends and guest insights.
