Job summary
A leading hotel group in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a Reservations Agent to create exceptional guest experiences. Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of experience in a 5-star hotel environment and are skilled in providing engaging service while maximizing revenue through up-selling. Fluency in English is essential, with additional languages being a plus. Join us to help shape our guests' experiences and be part of a dynamic team.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience as Reservations Agent for a 5 Star Hotel/Resort in UAE.
- Experience is an asset; guest focused personality is essential.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional, friendly and engaging service.
- Maximize revenue through up-selling and recommending facilities.
- Assist guests with reservations and special requests.
- Maintain accurate information in the booking system.

Reservations Agent:
You are the beginning of an exceptional guest experience. As a Reservations Agent, you will make our guests feel welcome and reflect the exceptional experience the come when they arrive!
What you will be doing:
- Consistently offer exceptional, friendly and engaging service
- Ensure the best selection for the guest and ensure revenue is maximized through up-selling
- Recommend property facilities and assist guests with information and special requests
- Book room reservation requests, enter rooming lists, and update accurate information in the system
Your experience and skills include:
- Should have min. 2 years experience as Reservations Agent for a 5 Star Hotel/Resort in UAE
- Guest focused personality is essential; experience is an asset
- Prior experience working with Opera will be preferred
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
