Job Title: Electrical Supervisor (Low Voltage - LV)

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering
• Minimum of 5-6 years of experience as an Electrical Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our team in the UAE. The role involves supervising routine electrical maintenance and repairs, ensuring efficient and high-quality work. The supervisor will oversee team performance, ensure adherence to company policies, and manage spare parts ordering.

1. Supervise and perform electrical maintenance and repairs, including work with MDB, ACB, ATS, VFD, PLC, and fault rectification of related devices.
2. Set maintenance and repair tasks for technicians and monitor their performance.
3. Order and manage spare parts required for projects, ensuring timely repair or replacement of defective components.
4. Issue daily performance reports and ensure technical staff compliance with company policies and procedures.
