Job Description :

Position Overview : The Senior Project Manager will oversee and manage an IT organizational design change. This role requires expertise in running RFPs / tenders, excellent communication skills, and an understanding of organizational design. Preferred experience in the SAP ERP domain and understanding of IT governance are highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities :

• Project Management : Lead and manage IT projects from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Monitoring : Track project progress, performance, and deliverables using appropriate project management tools.
• IT Governance : Understanding of and adherence to IT governance, which includes processes, meetings, and organising information packs and actions as required
• RFP / Tender Management : Develop, issue, and manage RFPs / tenders, including vendor selection and contract negotiation.
• Communication : Facilitate clear and open communication among senior stakeholders, team members, and vendors.
• Stakeholder Engagement : Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure their needs and expectations are met.
• ERP : experience in ERP is preferred, ideally SAP
• Consultancy Collaboration : experience working with IT consultancies

Qualifications :

• Education : Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Certification : Project management certification
