As a Product Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the buyer and seller experience while driving monetization strategies. Reporting to the VP of Product, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to define and execute a product roadmap that aligns with company goals.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys solving complex problems, and is passionate about building customer-centric solutions.

• Define and execute the product roadmap in alignment with company objectives.

• Conduct market research, user interviews, and data analysis to identify opportunities.

• Collaborate effectively with Engineering, Sales, Product Design, Marketing, and Data Analytics teams to deliver high-quality products and iterate on solutions.

• Prioritize features and initiatives based on business impact and user needs.

• Develop detailed product requirements and ensure timely delivery.

• Monitor key product metrics and drive continuous improvements.

• 4-5 years of experience in product management, preferably in the classifieds space.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Experience with data analysis tools and user research methodologies.
