Responsibilities

• Supervise daily branch activities including vehicle check-outs, returns, reservations, and customer support.
• Lead, coach, and guide staff to ensure high service quality and adherence to operational standards.
• Coordinate with the fleet team for vehicle availability, maintenance scheduling, and quick turnaround.
• Handle escalated customer issues, ensure timely resolution, and maintain positive customer satisfaction ratings.

Qualifications

• Open to Indian & Filipino national, Female, 30 years old and below
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field
• At least 3 years relevant experience in car rental, automotive, or hospitality industry, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Proficient in MS Office; experience with car rental management systems (RMS) is an advantage.
