Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise the housekeeping team, ensuring all staff members understand and adhere to company standards and policies.
• Train new housekeeping staff and provide ongoing training to ensure consistent quality and efficiency.
• Develop and implement schedules and assignments to ensure adequate coverage and service levels are maintained.
• Perform regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are met.
• Coordinate with other departments to address guest requests and ensure timely resolution.
• Conduct ongoing performance evaluations and provide feedback for housekeeping team members.
• Maintain inventory and order necessary supplies to ensure housekeeping operations run smoothly.
• Monitor and maintain a high level of sanitation and organization in all areas of the hotel.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and sanitation policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor in a hotel setting.
• Proven leadership abilities and experience managing a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of tasks efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of housekeeping cleaning techniques and procedures.
• Flexible schedule, with the ability to work weekends and holidays if needed.
• High school diploma or equivalent, with additional certification preferred.
