Job summary
A leading cleaning service provider in Dubai is looking for a Cleaning Supervisor to manage a team across residential or commercial sites. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of supervisory experience in the cleaning sector and a valid UAE driving license. Responsibilities include supervising cleaning tasks, conducting site inspections, and training staff. Flexibility in work hours is required, along with the ability to communicate in Hindi or Nepali. This position ensures the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of supervisory experience in the cleaning or housekeeping sector.
- Must have a valid UAE driving license.
- Physically fit and willing to travel across sites.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and assign daily tasks to cleaning crews.
- Conduct regular site inspections and address client concerns.
- Train and monitor cleaners for performance and compliance.
Skills
We are hiring a Cleaning Supervisor to manage a team of housekeeping staff across residential or commercial cleaning sites. This role requires hands‑on supervision site visits and client coordination to ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained.
- Supervise and assign daily tasks to cleaning crews
- Ensure timely completion and quality of cleaning activities
- Conduct regular site inspections and address client concerns
- Train and monitor cleaners for performance and compliance
- Maintain stock levels of cleaning materials and supplies
- Record attendance and work reports and ensure timely staff deployment
- 2‑3 years of supervisory experience in the cleaning or housekeeping sector
- Must have a valid UAE driving license
- Ability to speak Hindi or Nepali (basic English is a plus)
- Physically fit and willing to travel across sites
- Flexible with work hours including early morning or late evening shifts
