Job summary

The role involves designing organizational development programs, managing performance cycles, and cultivating a positive organizational culture. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration, with at least 3 years of experience in organizational development. Strong communication and project management skills are essential.

The OD Specialist will play a key role in enhancing workforce performance, aligning employee capabilities with strategic business objectives, and fostering a culture of continuous development across all subsidiaries of the Group.
- Design, implement, and monitor organizational development programs to support business growth and employee engagement.
- Conduct needs assessments, analyze performance gaps, and recommend development initiatives across departments.
- Manage the annual performance management cycle, including goal setting, mid-year reviews, and appraisals.
- Facilitate change management initiatives and promote a positive organizational culture.
- Coordinate leadership development and succession planning initiatives.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training and development strategies and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with HR and department heads to align development plans with business objectives.
- Develop and maintain HR dashboards and monthly reports on key metrics such as turnover, recruitment activity, training effectiveness, and engagement scores.
- Ensure data accuracy and reporting consistency in collaboration with HR and IT teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in organizational development or related function.
- Strong communication, project management, and analytical skills.
- Experience with performance management systems, learning management platforms, and HR reporting tools.
- Ability to drive change and influence stakeholders at all levels.
