Our diverse team of 50 professionals— including engineers, artists, and business experts—pushes the boundaries of drone technology and innovation to lead the industry. At Cyberdrone, we aim to amaze and inspire. We believe the show must not only go on—it must excel.
To support our rapid growth, we are expanding our team with a sales Manager based in Dubai, responsible for managing sales and business development in the UAE and international markets, driving revenue growth and achieving strategic sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs to ensure consistent business growth.
Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with Cyberdrone’s goals and evolving market trends.
Identify new business opportunities and partnerships within the entertainment, events, and drone sectors.
Own the full sales cycle—from lead generation to closing—while ensuring an excellent client experience.
Monitor sales performance through data-driven insights, continuously improving client engagement and retention.
Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and strategic presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience in entertainment, drone shows, events, or hospitality.
Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
Demonstrated ability to exceed sales targets and drive sustainable revenue growth.
Strong industry network and track record of client acquisition and retention.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel internationally (up to 40% of the time).
