A growing HR-tech company is seeking a Head of Sales in Dubai to own the revenue strategy. This role requires 10+ years in B2B sales, particularly in MENA, with expertise in building teams and developing sales strategy. This is an end-to-end revenue leadership role.
You'll own new business, expansion, renewals, and customer success, leading SDRs, closers, and CS as one tightly aligned revenue machine.
You're walking into a team that's early-stage, ambitious, and moving fast, with enough structure to build on, and plenty of room to design the system properly.
You'll report directly to the CEO and work closely with the founders and board, shaping Qureos' commercial strategy as we scale across MENA and beyond.
This role is part builder, part operator, part coach, with real founder-level ownership.
