The Role
This is an end-to-end revenue leadership role.

You’ll own new business, expansion, renewals, and customer success, leading SDRs, closers, and CS as one tightly aligned revenue machine.

You’re walking into a team that’s early-stage, ambitious, and moving fast, with enough structure to build on, and plenty of room to design the system properly.

You’ll report directly to the CEO and work closely with the founders and board, shaping Qureos’ commercial strategy as we scale across MENA and beyond.

This role is part builder, part operator, part coach, with real founder-level ownership.

What You’ll Own
Revenue & Growth

Own end-to-end revenue across new business, expansion, and renewals

Design and execute a hybrid sales motion with a stronger outbound engine

Build predictable pipeline and forecast accuracy across regions

Drive revenue growth while maintaining deal quality and long-term value

Team Leadership
  • Lead and scale: SDRs
  • Sales Managers
  • Customer Success / Account Managers

Set clear roles, expectations, KPIs, and career paths

Coach teams on discovery, value selling, objection handling, and deal strategy

Create a culture of ownership, urgency, and clarity

Sales Strategy & Execution

Own MENA sales strategy with secondary global oversight

Navigate multi-stakeholder enterprise deals with confidence

Manage both long and short sales cycles

Partner with Marketing, Growth, and Product to tighten conversion and messaging

Ensure sales is deeply aligned with product value and customer outcomes

Sales Operations & Process

Build structured, repeatable sales processes across SDR, AE, and CS

Strong command of CRM usage, pipeline hygiene, forecasting, and reporting

Define qualification standards, deal stages, and handoffs

Use data to diagnose bottlenecks and fix them fast

Customer Success & Expansion

Ensure smooth handoff from sales to CS

Own renewals, expansions, and long-term account growth

Build feedback loops between customers, sales, and product

Who You Are

10+ years in B2B sales, ideally in HR tech, talent platforms, SaaS, or marketplaces

Proven experience scaling sales teams in MENA

Strong background owning end-to-end revenue (SDR → Sales → CS → Renewals)

Comfortable operating in early-stage environments with speed and ambiguity

Deeply structured, you believe process enables speed

Strong operator mindset : forecasts, CRM hygiene, pipeline coverage

Confident dealing with founders, boards, and enterprise stakeholders
