Job summary
A global consumer goods company in Dubai is seeking a candidate to oversee website content strategy and enhance e-commerce content production. The role involves championing creative quality, aligning with marketing guidelines, and ensuring timely implementation across markets. The ideal candidate will develop brand storytelling while overseeing efficient workflows to guarantee high-quality outputs.
Responsibilities
- Define how content assets contribute to holistic touchpoint strategy.
- Champion creative quality by aligning with global guidelines.
- Introduce and scale new tools, formats, and production technologies.
- Use insights and trends to raise asset quality.
- Consolidate and share best practices for local market excellence.
- Lead website content strategy and brand copybooks.
- Supervise updates and launches for high-quality go-lives.
- Establish alignment between Regional and Local Marketing.
- Monitor website performance and recommend improvements.
- Develop master PDPs balancing storytelling and performance.
- Oversee e-commerce content production for consistency.
- Introduce workflows to accelerate production.
- Define standards for smooth execution with Local Marketing.
- Partner with Marketing for efficient workflows and outputs.
- Define how content assets contribute to holistic touchpoint strategy, ensuring brand consistency while driving engagement.
- Champion creative quality by aligning with global guidelines, platform requirements and local needs.
- Introduce and scale new tools, formats and production technologies to accelerate asset creation and adaptation.
- Use insights, platform trends and creative effectiveness learnings to continuously raise asset quality.
- Consolidate and share best practices to strengthen activations and enable local market excellence.
- Lead website content strategy, setting master structures (UX, IA, content hierarchy) and brand copybooks.
- Roll out implementation guidelines ensuring consistent execution across markets
- Supervise updates, launches, and seasonal publishing to guarantee timely and high-quality go-lives.
- Establish alignment between Regional and Local Marketing on tech, structural and content-related topics
- Monitor website performance and recommend improvements grounded in analytics
- Develop master PDPs (descriptions, visuals, A+ content) that balance brand storytelling with performance
- Oversee e-commerce content production, ensuring scalability, cost efficiency and cross-platform consistency
- Introduce workflows and tools that accelerate production and improve adaptation
- Define standards and rollout models to ensure smooth execution with Local Marketing
- Partner with Regional and Local Marketing to secure clarity of roles, efficient workflows, and high-quality outputs
