Job Description
Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) with strong knowledge of the UAE market and a proven track record in driving new business opportunities, particularly within the public sector and government entities. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in business development, account management, or sales within the UAE, preferably in IT solutions, system integration, digital transformation, or related services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities across public and enterprise sector clients in the UAE.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation and closure.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders in government and enterprise accounts.
  • Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions from the company’s portfolio (IT services, staffing, digital banking, enterprise software, AI & cloud solutions, etc.).
  • Collaborate with pre-sales, delivery, and technical teams to ensure proposals meet client requirements.
  • Drive revenue growth and achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, competitors, and regulatory changes in the UAE (especially in public sector procurement).
  • Prepare business proposals, RFP responses, and presentations for clients.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and activity reports to management.

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • Minimum 10+ years of proven experience in business development, sales, or account management in the UAE market.
  • Public sector sales experience is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of IT services, system integration, digital transformation, and staffing/outsourcing solutions.
  • Established network and relationships with UAE government entities and large enterprises.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills (English required; Arabic is a plus).
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel within the Emirates.
