F&B Reservations Coordinator (Emiratization Program)

We have a great opportunity for an experienced Reservations Coordinator to join the team in the Food & Beverage division. The successful applicant will have a strong track record in reservations management and preferable experience in the hospitality industry/luxury customer service.

What will you do?

• Manage and respond to all restaurant reservation inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms.
• Input and maintain reservation data in the system with accuracy.
• Coordinate with restaurant management and service teams regarding special requests, VIP guests, and large bookings.
• Maintain an up-to-date understanding of all F&B offerings, menus, promotions, and events.
• Follow up on guest feedback and ensure swift resolution of any concerns.
• Maintain guest database and support personalized service efforts.
• Upsell dining experiences and promote hotel events where appropriate.
