Job summary
A retail company in Dubai is seeking a Visual Merchandiser to ensure high standards of visual merchandising in stores. The role entails working closely with Store Managers and their teams to create impactful store and window displays that align with company and brand guidelines. Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of experience in retail visual merchandising, strong planning skills, and the ability to apply brand principles effectively. Relevant qualifications in Visual Merchandising or Art & Design are a plus.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail visual merchandising.
- Strong planning and organizational abilities.
- Capable of applying brand principles effectively.
Responsibilities
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising.
- Collaborate with Store Managers on store displays.
- Ensure compliance with company and brand guidelines.
Skills
Education
Your role will be to deliver and maintain exemplary standards of visual merchandising including promotion, recommendations and implementation.
You will work with the Store Managers and their teams to lay out effective store and window displays within the company and brand guidelines.
- At least 2 years' retail visual merchandising experience.
- Good planning and organisational skills.
- The ability to apply sound brand principles to projects and campaigns.
- Computer literate.
- Qualifications in Visual Merchandising or Art & Design are an advantage.
